We enjoy what we do and have fun doing it, but we take the responsibility of cleaning your home very seriously. We carry complete liability, product, workers comp, theft, breakage and damage coverage insurance but we also know that we are responsible and accountable to you and we take that very seriously. We want to have you as a customer for a long time so in order to ensure that, we follow a very detailed list of policies and procedures to accomplish that. Please take a moment to review.
Payments - Payment must be made at the time of cleaning. Clearly Clean accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa/American Express, cash or check (all initial cleanings and one-time cleanings must be via credit card in advance). Regular cleaning service is charged immediately following the completion of service, unless alternative terms have been agreed. All clients are required to provide a credit card number (held in a secured file), to use in the event you forget to leave payment on your scheduled cleaning day. Clearly Clean will charge the amount of the cleaning to that card.
We do accept checks as payment for your cleaning services (after the initial cleaning), and any bank fees charged to Clearly Clean for a returned check for insufficient funds will incur a $25 fee plus any financial institution charges. If you use a credit card, your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, after each cleaning.
Guarantee- Clearly Clean offers a honest, simple guarantee and if you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, for any reason, we will return within 24 hours to make it right and convert you into a raving fan. Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we do not offer refunds to clients.
Privacy/Trust - We respect in all ways, the privacy of our clients as well as the privacy of those who may be potential clients. We do not sell or share any information received from clients or potential clients with any third parties, except as is required to provide the services contracted, or, as required by law, without our clients' permission.
Security - Keys /Alarm Systems - Most clients leave a key with us or provide access to their homes through the garage door combination. We take this responsibility for seriously and each key is assigned a code (no other information is on the key), and protected in a locked and secure key safe. The information related to the key code is kept in a secure and encrypted file (no one but the owners have access) and no key is ever released without a presented picture ID. We never mail keys.
If you do not provide us with a key or garage door code access and plan to be at home when we clean, please realize that we can give arrival windows of about 3-4 hours (unless you are first on the schedule), as our schedules can be impacted by weather, cancellations, lockouts, equipment issues, etc. As we do not wish to waste your time, leaving a key with us is the most efficient way for us to have the access we need to clean your home.
If you have a simple alarm system at your home, you can give us instructions on its operation, however, if it is difficult to use, we ask that your alarm be turned off on the day we come out to clean.
Service postponement or skip/cancellation - If for any reason, you find it necessary to postpone/cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning service, please call us with as much notice as possible so we can reschedule you. We would prefer at least 24 hours notice.
Communication – Please call the office at 303-921-5749 if you need to communicate anything regarding your cleaning. Please do not communicate these important details with cleaning team members as they may not be able to answer your questions.
Products – We use top-tier, Green Seal Certified cleaning products and others in your home. You may have us use the cleaning products you want us to use, but please know that our teams are highly trained on the effective use of Clearly Clean’s products and they are our preference. We cannot be responsible for any damage caused by any of your own cleaning products.
Ladders/Lifting – We do not use any step ladder above two steps or move or lift anything heavier than 35 lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of potential injury If you would like us to clean behind appliances like a refrigerator, oven or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.
Promotions/Discounts - We run promotions and discounts throughout the year. Check out our Home Page for the latest. All discounts apply to all clients including monthly specials, coupons, dinners, and referral bucks. Please note that only one discount may be used at a time.
