Clearly Clean's "The Works" is our features-packed regular cleaning that generally contains more detail and items than most other cleaning companies, especially franchises. Our Quality Assurance check list, ensures that your home is "clearly cleaned" to the highest standards. We do this because we want your home to be truly clean and healthy and feel you deserve the best. Below is a list of the services we perform each time we are in your home. We offer this service to weekly, every two week and every four week clients.

Kitchen/Breakfast Area 

Cobwebs removed. Take apart stove top (Gas & Electric) and clean grills, drip pans, burners and back splash. Dust off pictures and art. Clean top of refrigerator (within reach). Open refrigerator door and clean interior edges. Spot clean cupboard facings. Take apart microwave and clean inside and outside of microwave. Small appliances wiped clean. Clean exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top). Baseboards and windowsills wiped down. Clean sliding glass doors inside and out. Wipe down tabletops, hutches, buffets. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates. Empty trash, replace bag, clean exterior of trash receptacle. Clean ledge between oven door and broiler/drawer. Counter tops and back splash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)  . Sinks scrubbed and disinfected - Remove stains in sink if possible without damaging. Scrub and polish faucets. Floor vacuumed. Hardwood or other floors damp-mopped with gentle cleaning solution and  microfiber mop.

Bathrooms:

Cobwebs removed. Dust pictures and frames on walls. Shower and/or tub tiles/surfaces thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinse. Clean tub and tub hardware. Clean grout (owner will be made aware of any grout replacement issues). Thoroughly clean shower pan. Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind. Remove hard water spots on glass shower doors and walls (may take 2-3 times). Windowsills wiped down. Dust towel racks & toilet paper holder. Spot clean cupboard facings. Move items on counter tops, clean counter tops and replace items. Vanity top cleaned. Sinks thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, rinsed and dried. Remove hard water rings in toilet (if possible without scratching). Remove stains in sink(s) if possible without damaging. Chrome fixtures cleaned and polished. Mirrors cleaned. Towels changed (if left out) If not, refold towels (tri-fold). Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates. Empty trash, replace bag, clean exterior of trash receptacle. Baseboards wiped clean. Shake small area rugs. Vacuum floor.

Bedrooms / Living Room / Dining Room / Study / Office / Stairs:

Cobwebs removed. Dust pictures and frames on walls. Dust lampshades. Mirrors cleaned. Windowsills cleaned. Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates. Dust all furniture and items on furniture and replace. Beds made Linens changed if left out. Mirrors cleaned. Empty trash, replace bag, clean exterior of trash receptacle. Light, general straightening completed. Vacuum carpeted floors / microfiber pad mops as applicable. Wipe banister handrail and base. Windowsills wiped down. All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath (all items removed and replaced). Upholstered furniture brushed. Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened. Glass tables cleaned. Light, general straightening completed . Wipe fireplace vent grills. Empty trash, replace bag, clean exterior of trash receptacle. Carpeted floors vacuumed . Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped with microfiber mop. Sweep front porch (weather permitting).

Deep Clean Items: Includes baseboards, blinds, shutters, cabinet and drawer wipe down, high up ceiling fans and light fixtures, exhaust and return air vents, high up dusting and are included with weekly and bi-weekly service and available on an a la carte basis for every four week and special cleanings.
